Rev. Narciso de la Cruz, now 75, is one of the many retired pastors of the UCCP. He is from the Northeast Leyte-Biliran Conference. Rev. De la Cruz survived typhoon Haiyan in 2013. Today, he is one of the beneficiaries of UCCP’s The 500 Club program. This is his story.
